GAMAFIR

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This policy explains what information is collected when you use the website of GAMAFIR (“GAMAFIR”, “we”, “us”), why, and how to contact us about it. It is written in line with Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (as amended) and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017.

In short: this is a “coming soon” page with a single early-access sign-up form that asks for your email address only, with your explicit consent. There are no user accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Beyond that we only keep standard technical server logs, plus whatever you choose to email us.

You are not legally required to give us any information, and you can browse the site without doing so. Signing up for early access is voluntary. We do not knowingly collect information about minors and we do not ask for sensitive data.

2. Cookies and browser storage

The site does not use cookies or local browser storage. See the Cookie Policy.

3. How we use and share data

4. Transfers outside Israel

Our hosting and email providers (Cloudflare and Microsoft) operate servers around the world, including outside Israel. In that case data is transferred only to providers bound to an adequate level of privacy protection, and only to operate the service.

5. Retention

We do not keep our own server logs; our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data for security and operations under its own retention policy. Sign-up details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and no longer than 24 months after launch. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your message, and no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires longer.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No system is completely secure.

7. Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may ask to review the information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. To protect your privacy we may ask you to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Justice at any time.
